Policy for Edison Park Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be written out in several denominations. If the bill is less than the gift certificate value, then the patron is to see a manager who will then issue a gift certificate for the remaining value from that establishment. If you have an issue redeeming a gift certificate, please make sure to see a manager before leaving the establishment. Per the Illinois State Law, all gift certificates expire within 5 years of the issued date. If you purchased your gift certificates online, we will mail to the "Ship To" address you provided on your order form. If you prefer to pick-up your gift certificates, please email: info@edisonpark.org and we will arrange a time. Kindly be aware, a 4% processing fee will be added to any payments made using a credit card. If you choose to avoid the fee, please stop by the Chamber office and pay with cash or check.
